Our history
ABC GmbH originally started as a small-scale side business with minimal revenue.
Today, we are an independent supplier, distinguished by economic stability, flexibility, and a broad product portfolio. Our extensive network ensures shorter delivery times and a reliable supply chain for customers worldwide.
2006
In 2006, the company was officially founded as a GmbH with three shareholders - marking a milestone that resulted in a 500% increase in revenue.
2008
Initial certification of quality management 9001:2008.
2010
In 2010, Alexandros Chrissochou took over all shareholder shares and continued to lead the company as the sole proprietor.
2017
In 2017, Tamara Chrissochou was appointed as an authorized signatory before becoming CEO in 2019, while Alexandros Chrissochou assumed the role of CTO.
2018
Initial certification of the new quality management 9001:2015
2016 – 2019
From 2016 to 2019, ABC GmbH operated as the European representative of a wafer manufacturer. During this time, it became evident that an independent global network provides better supply realibility than reliance on a single manufacturer.
2021
Move to the new office in Marquartstein with its own energy management.
2024
Establishment of the ‘Code of Conducts’ and initial certification of environmental management 14001:2015.
Tamara Chrissochou –
CEO and driving force
Tamara Chrissochou leads ABC GmbH with strategic foresight and strong commitment. Since joining the executive team, she has played a key role in expanding the company.
Following her successful tenure as COO, she took over as CEO in 2019, further strengthening the company’s international presence.
Under her leadership, ABC GmbH has grown into a strong market player focused on quality, customer orientation, and sustainable growth.
